What's up with those blank making contest rules? It must be either:

1) I'm a lot of fun and everybody wants to post on my review thread.

2) Blank makers pay more attention to detail than the average pen maker and want to make sure they understand all the rules.

3) I write overly complex and confusing rule that require a lot of discussion.

Hmmmmm.....I'm hoping it's #1.

Its the fact that your contest has combined all 3 into one and they are used to making pens out of the blanks not just showing the blank or just a part of it.

I do some competition in a sport that is known for its confusing, conflicting, and sometimes unenforceable rules. I have learned to just accept the rules as the rules and not to think about them too hard. If I do I just get annoyed and it takes all the fun out of it.
On the other hand I had to bump my contest because I was wondering if nobody saw it. I guess people like you more than me.
