Any problems with this kit?

Has anyone used the Cushion Grip Ballpoint Pen that Berea Hardwoods and BB sell? I am thinking about getting some but am worried about problems with the click mechanism.[?]

I have made some and put the click mechanism in the same catagory as the rest.
