Any penturners in Prague? Amsterdam?

Hi all,
I'll be traveling to Prague and parts of the Czech Republic shortly, and spending a few days in Amsterdam. I'd really like to hear from penturners in those areas, and would love to know what pen shops, types of wood, etc. I should be looking for.. any tips would be appreciated!
