I saw this tool in Harbor Freight and thought it might work for small spindle turning or pen turning. The od of the cutter is 3/8 inch.

It is a tool for cutting out spot welds. The center is spring loaded. The cutter is reversable but can be turned over.
I went back and go one today and it works great.

Normally mounted in drill and used to cut spot welds and could be used in a collet or chuck and used as a spur drive. Nice find Mark.
