I have been doing some remodeling on my house....just did the foundation, about to start new floors and doors. I need a new AC/Heater.....any idea what this will set me back? My house is just under 2k sq ft.

We had ours replaced 3 years ago. I think the total bill was just under 3000. That was replacing basically everything but the ductwork.

We just put a new 14 seer 5 ton heat pump unit. Total cost was 5600.00

last quote i got was around $5000 for 1700sq feet that was for everything ac/heater and duct work the quote was last summer.

You may want to check into the appliance rebates that Texas is starting in April on replacement appliances. It may save you a few hundred dollars.
