Any idea where I can get this shave stand?

So... I see this shave stand fairly regularly. It's not common enough that I can find it at any of my usual sources (Penn State, Rockler, Woodcraft, Craft Supplies USA, etc.) – but apparently it's common enough for me to keep seeing it.

Does anybody have any idea where I can snag something like this?

Well... pros - that's the cheapest that I've seen. Con's.. it looks like it comes with a pre-turned center column. I apologize – I should have specified... ideally, I'm looking for a kit, where I can turn my own base.

I understand that I could probably disassemble this, and just turn my own version with a 7mm tube, and measuring the diameter of the end pieces... just wasn't sure if this stand was available as a kit.
