Any idea where I can find another like this?

I got this blank from a friend and would like to get a few more but he couldn't remember where he got it.
It's almost clear but looks like it has silver white clouds in it. It's labeled matrix silver - 50081.
Anyone know where it might have come from and if it's still available?
