We have had itunes on our computer for a while, but have recently run into issues with it. Can't connect to the itunes store, songs not playing all the way thru, our ipods not playing correctly after syncing, etc. Have tried several things. The Apple folks say its a Microsoft problem, and .......blah blah blah. Thoughts?

Uninstall Itunes and re-install it. Any songs you've purchased will still be there you just have to tell it to load all your purchased items, be it apps or tunes.
 
Have you tried the help file on top of Itunes? There is a Diagnosis tab. I've used it before and it does work for most issues. Since I got rid of my Iphone I haven't used Itunes in awhile. Just checked mine and it works as advertised and I'm running windows 7 with latest updates. I've tried using APPLE customer service and gotten the runaround many times when I tell them I'm using a PC, that's why I don't want anything more to do with the apple mafia.
