This is the Bloodwood blank I posted about giving me fits at first. It ended up turning out pretty good. The spots that I fixed are hard to see, but there. I worst one is under the clip. I learned a little about turning bloodwood and got some tips from Gary and a few others. Thanks guys! The finish is two coats of Formby's Tung oil buffed with the Beal system and a top coat of TSW. I should have buffed it again but forgot.

There you go again, hiding stuff under the clip []
But since I can't see it, really nice looking pen.
You can still buff it again, just be carefull and
don't press so hard, will not affect the plating.
I buff allot of pens allready put together for a touch up.
Fine job []

Wayne, I'm not really sure about the Tung oil finish. I've used it for woodworking for years and its held up great. But the TSW top coat should help. Thanks!
