Well that surprises me somewhat. I never would have thought the edge of Formica would look that good. Turned out real nice. I've used pick-guard (I think that is what it is called). You can get it with three layers of colors. Really like what you did here.

Not a bad first go at a knot, Scotty. I built a jig so that I can make the repetitive cuts necessary for alignment.

Nice work Scotty. I've recently been thinking about using Formica myself. I'd like to know how thick the Formica and pick-guards are if anyone happens to know. I lucked out when I found out my left over aluminum siding is almost exactly the same thickness as my band saw kerf.
