I eagerly follow your milage and comments.

My wife and I have been taking care of her father and mother for the past 5 years. My FIL is 97, and between the ages of 60-80 he regularly biked 10-20 miles a day, 2-3x/week. Before that he was a long distance walker. Before that he and I were white water buddy kayakers - he and I had for 9 years taken 'Father's Day Weekend' Trips to Ohiopyle to Kayak the Yough... Many stories to tell.

I commend you for your efforts with the charities... Well done!
