Exactly why I have product liability insurance. Though I believe I read somewhere that this is usually from people choking on the cap, having it pop off while they chew on it at the end of their pen. Don't know many people chewing on handmade pens but you never know. Definitely the kind of thing I pay for that I hope to never have to use.
