This is a PSI American Pride pen in satin chrome, and is my second. I love love love the details in the filigree! The red, white, and blue blank is a Kirinite Patriot, and looks great with the pen. The red blank is a Football Team Color, also from PSI. Very happy with this one.

I used my usual polishing regimen on both bodies. 220-600 wet; 3M Zona, all six grades, wet; Meguiar's 105 and 205.

I have turned Football Team Colors blanks before, and knew they're opaque. So all I did was color the epoxy. I don't know that it was necessary, but I did paint the Kirinite blank, the tube, and colored the epoxy.

Your Royal Blue/Red looks great also. How is working with the upper barrel and sleeve?
I didn't have any problems working with the filigree on either of the American Pride pens I've made. I test fit it while it was on the lathe both times.
