Don't know if this is a problem but I ordered the PSI Collet Chuck and payed for it with my paypal debit card and it has been shipped, so far so good. WHen I wnet in to check my paypal balance I found that the Amazon payment had been put back in my account by paypal. According to the messages paypal put a hold in my account for the amount, no problems there but no it appears the transfer has been reversed because amazon never accepted it. Has anyone ever had this happen before?
 
Yes. Paypal did the same thing to me a while ago. I would contact PSI as soon as possible and let them know what happened. I'm not sure why Paypal does that, but it definitely makes us look bad when we are not trying to screw over the vendor.
 
I am going to call Amazon tomorrow and see whats up. Collet Chucks should be in tomorrow as well can't wait to try them out
 
Don't lose sleep

If you authorized payment via PayPal and the item has shipped and it was once deducted from your account - don't lose any sleep over it. If they returned the funds to your account but with a hold on it, it will probably disappear again shortly. I have had it happen and just did nothing. Just don't plan on spending the money again.
