The background is so busy it's near impossible to see well eough to give you an opinion. A word to all who post pics. If you just want to show off, the extensive Photoshpping and busy backgrounds are fine. If you want opinions, the simpler the picture the better.
 
I like it! Only problem with them as well as most metal pens are that people assume a machine made them. Hard to picture someone turning it by hand.

Looks like the lower bead is a little larger than the one on the upper half.
 
Nicely shaped Tom. If left unprotected aluminum and brass will oxidize with fingerprints. It may not be so much of a problem if they're kept waxed and polished though.
 
I used a skew and a gouge on a wood lathe. Steel wool to polish.

Now try more light, natural if possible.
