Alumilite questions

Hey All,

I have a couple of questions about Alumilite:

1. How long does it take to cure to a working poitnt?
2. What do you color it with?
3. Where is the best place to buy it on-line?

1. 10 minutes
2. Any powder. Some have recently been using Powder Coat powders.
3. Don't know. But www.alumilite.com is s great place to start.

The best thing to color it with is the dyes sold by Alumilite. They seem pricey but they are very concentrated and last a long time. For the extreme red cactus blanks that I make I use 14 drops per 19 ounces of resin.

Buying direct from Alumilite is your best bet. If you call, ask for Mike. He is the VP and runs the show up there. Tell him you are from IAP ande that I sent you to him and he will take extra good care of you!
