My suggestion is to start with Alumilite web site. They have lots of molding information and products for same.

Build what you want to make out of corian. Then build an open top box out of corian. Then you have to suspend your corian grip in the open box and you would pour silicone casting resin into the mold. Now you will have a mold that is the same as your corian grip. Basically that's it..it's just a matter of how you will suspend your grip...like if you have a couple corian dowels glued to the sides of your corian grip piece, then another piece stretching across over the box to hold the grip suspended..you would then cut the dowel like peices and use a very sharp knife to open the top of the mold and remove your corian grip. Now you can pour through the holes that were used to hold the original in place. You will have to cut or sand those suspension knobs off each finished piece...just like when you made model cars as a kid and all the parts where attached with stubbies on them.

That's a great idea, using the Corian. Nice... I'll be following this thread to see what other suggestions come along...
