Alder wood from Dario

This is some alder i got from dario for winning one of the birthday bash contests.Lookin at the blank it kinda looked like some plain spalting nothing extrordinary.Thought i would use one of my europeans since i didnt have any better grade pens at the moment. My mistake[:I] Shoulda saved this one for something special. Just goes to show you cant judge a blank by its cover.Black Ti euro

Nothing wrong with that kit, great looking piece of wood and pen! I like the crosscut spalt.
