After some Dr appointments, several tests and lots of needles it seems I have a lymph node that is reacting to saw dust and not something worse the the Dr feared.

I do have a half face respirator that I use on woods that I have had contact reactions with or if I'm in extended periods of dust or fumes. It doesn't fit well with my glasses and does it irritating on the nose and can be pretty sweaty. So I'm looking to get a full face mask.

I'm familiar with the Air Trend and the Triton but I think there is at least a third maker out there if not more. Does anyone have any recommendations on full face powered masks? Mostly looking for comfort and best price.

I use a Trend Airshield Pro and wouldn't turn without it. It is light weight, comfortable and does an excellent job filtering the air and keeping the eyes and face protected.

I've used air purifying respirators (half mask and full face), PAPR (powered air purifying respirators), supplied air masks and SCBA (air packs) for over 30 years (my company works in the petrochemical industry and wearing respiratory protection is a routine event) and the Trend Airshield Pro is by far the most comfortable to wear and to use.

+1 for the Trend AirPro.................I also would not turn without it. It is quite efficient. If you do purchase, get an extra battery (and charger) and plenty of removable visor protectors.............:smile::smile:

I also vote for the Trend Air Pro. The air inside the mask feels fresher than the normal air that has no dust!
