While on the way home from taking my dogs on a field trip, I was in a o lane left turn pocket waiting for the light to change. A young women was in a BMW in the lane next to me using her Cell Phone. She had be using for a while as I was behind here before the left turn lane. While stopped she allowed her car to roll forward and bump the car in front. She mouthed sorry to the driver of that and continued with the conversation. The driver of the bumped car, an older gentlemen calmly got out of his car walked back to the young women's car. She lowered the window while still talking. He reached in took the phone out of her hand and threw it across 3 lanes of traffic, a fence and into a creek on the other side of the fence. He then calmly walked back got in his and when the light turned green drove off to people honking their horns in approval. Last I saw the young women was sitting in shock not know what to day and no was to call for help. It probably was illegal but it was sure fun and wish I would have nerve to do it. The man was about age her father would be but younger than (70) I made sure I got in behind him for a while to make sure no one could get behind him and get his license number no one even bother and a few waved as the passed him. As far as I am concerned she got what she deserved. What makes it nicer it looked like an iphone, maybe daddy will buy her another.

Thats what I would have done!

In 06 we had 6 million acres burning in wild fires. Woman at a light tossed her butt out on the road. I got out of my truck, handed it back to her and calmly said "your ash tray is right there, you have the right to poison your own body but I am not going to sit by while you burn down my niebors houses! We are in the 3rd month of total burn bans and there is already 6 million acres on fire. Your damn lucky that ciggarette but isnt headed somewhere a lot less comfortable for you than the ashtray!......have a nice day!"

Tolerance dose not mean tolerating immoral or illegal behavior!

I teach railroad crossing safety to teenagers in Drivers Ed programs here in Montana. If you don't mind, I'm going to print your story out, eliminate names to protect the good guys and share it with the DE teachers I work with. Great Story and the gentleman was dead on in his actions!!! :bananen_smilies051::bananen_smilies051:
