Made using Rare Afzelia Burl from Laos.
Finished with Melamine Lacquer

Lovely pen indeed! I gotta ask though, how did you stain the wood to be so different between the top and bottom pieces? Is it the same species? This is indeed a very nice pen.

I've seen some really nice grains on burl! It can be really surprising of how it "turns" out. Pun there. Lol

Wolf Creek Knives - I don't think it is stained - I have a couple pieces of afzelia the are colored like that.
