Adding a Maker Mark or Brand

I am getting into pen making. Do you all add a maker's mark or some how brand your work before selling? If so how do you do it? Would seem like a good thing to do.

Some will add a small medallion they make or have made to the finial of the pen. You could brand it if its made of wood, or have it lasered. It depends on where your pen making journey takes you.
