The Zen is my favorite kit.... Rollerball, nice long piece to show off material, and the fun magnetic top... I've just gotta always have some around.

This is just a mixture of them in acrylics... I have to say my favorite acrylic these days is the segmented looking stuff, but the Amedeo blue could be marketed as alternate ebonite... Lots of the same pattern just like ebonite with none of the awfull smell.

All are from exotics and all are reverse painted ( I've gotten in the habit even if I don't think it's necessary).

Nice work Dean!! For educational purposes...what is it that you like about Zen?

It's a combination of the "cool" factor when someone sees the magnetic for the first time and the long single blank. I also have a person preference to the "simple" designs like the zen and atrax. The clean looks appeal to my sense of style - I've never been one to overly love the super flashy hardware ( although I recognize there is many that do love those, so I do make some too.)
