Here's another attempt at a slimline/comfort/trimline pen with a custom plastic band. It's also the first acrylic blank I've ever turned without breaking it. 
The band is made from a stack of promotional credit cards, one of which was clear blue but ends up looking black.
Yes, you can see a bit of brass tube on the ends. If I'd known this pen was going to work so well I would have learned how to do reverse painting...
