AAW - Raleigh - June 5 - 7 - Need For Help

As many of you know I work a lot with the American Association Of Woodturners (AAW). This year I will be running a learn to turn / pen making area on Friday and Saturday June 5 and 6. Last year we had over 300 pens made at the event. Attendees can simply walk up and make a pen.

I need your help and volunteering is free. I need volunteers to mentor my area and help new turners make their first pen (and in some cases their second, third and fourth - they get the fever). To help out please contact me - but here are the details...

I can probably help you with this. I will be doing one demonstration Saturday morning at the Easy Wood Tools booth but could assist you with your need for pend making as well.

Let me see if I'm free... I never got around to getting a booth or anything and may be able to help out at least one day. If nothing else I see Chad's name on there so it'll be good to go and give him a hard time. Maybe teach him to make a pen or something
