A wand Harry Potter would like

I had a lady at work approach me and challenge me with making a wand for her brother who does magic acts. What do you think? Thanks for comments. Deer antler handle, true stone turquoise and I am not sure of the wood (it was some scrape some one game me)

The wood and trustone look great. I personally would have gone without the antler as it isn't doing it for me, but that is just my opinion.

The antler seems to give it a more powerful look. It should be different from any other wand.

My son is a Harry Potter geek - made him a wand out of Red Heart for Christmas and another out of cherry.

We were in Wooodcraft the other day and he picked out a piece of Pago Pago or something such to make another one.

Looks good, he has asked me to make a handle out of bone, so at least a 9 yr old would like it!

Thank you all for your comments. The antler was the customers request (actually she wanted the whole thing antler at first). Dose anyone know what kinda of wood the wand is?
