Thank you all for your kind comments! James was very pleased when I read them to him. This was his ninth pen we have made together, and his first time designing the blank. He told me he wanted to make a very special pen for his teacher, and I remembered seeing a few post on other young folk doing this and thought we'd give it a try. He had so much fun with this he informed me that this is what we are going to make for everyone for Christmas this year.
