A ring box

My daughter recently got married and I tried to make some personalized gifts for the happy couple. The ceremony was to be outside, so I though a safe place to keep the rings would be a good idea! The lidded box is 3 inches tall and large enough to hold her engagement and wedding rings on the interior post. It's made of cherry, the finial of hard maple, and the accent ring and base from padauk. She liked it!

Excellent ring box and pleasing design. As someone who makes many ring storage boxes, I appreciate you taking the time to post your creation.

Great job Kevin, I am sure it will be cherished forever, especially since it came from Dad. Hopefully, this will be something that will be passed on from generation to generation.

Thanks Bobbie! It took me a bit to come up with something that would be appreciated and be useful. It came in handy the day of the ceremony!
