A pen for a delicious lady! Americana in curly pink ivory!

Hey guys,

Here is a custom order for a very special customer! :cat:

She picked the kit and the wood. I had never done done a Americana pen, it is the hardest kit I have done yet. (I should have read the instructions before committing myself)

I made two and I won't order more of that kit, if you are curious go ahead and read the instruction PDF, UGH!


This is the one I keep, I like the crack on the blank, the wood is yellow colored around it.


This one has lots of curls and goes from light to darker.

Great photos. I'm not much of a fan of pink ivory, but this is probably the nicest pink ivory pen than I've seen.

Beautiful with the curly pink ivory. I don't think I've seen that wood "curly" before yours here. I love the gradient color change, too. Very well done.

It looks good Charles. It's good you made 2 of them too, so when her pen breaks, you'll have a replacement! That kit is notorious for breaking, especially the nib section.
