A new chapter begins

Well, I did it. I resigned from the company I worked for for 23 years and accepted employment with a new company. Opportunity knocked, and I answered, but I doubt I fully understand how this will affect my life - new culture, new people, etc.

I've been a bit distracted from my hobby lately, but I plan to be at the MPG next week end. It will be nice to finally put some faces with names.

That should put a spring in your step. Congratulations! I left my corporate job after 15 years, started a company, closed that after 8 years, worked at another job for 3, then went back to the first company. I've been back almost 14 years and in another 1 I will retire with full pension. So I whole heartedly endorse change. Glad to see you're coming to the MPG. It has all the makings of a great time.
