Great work George, and some less seen "unusual" finishes...!

I'm talking particularly about the last 2 pieces with the last one with a intriguing finish. Is a close-up shot available or would you, expand a little on its execution/achievement, unless is a trade secret which I doubt...!

I kept reading the pieces sizes and thinking, wow George did work or "proper" blanks sizes, this time...!:wink::biggrin:

I do it with beech which has gone a bit soft/punky- i plunge a 1/16" parting tool in an 1/8" or so deep then wire brush the vessel to create the effect.
