My daughter posted this on her blog site and mentioned all of you great people on this forum! Please read:
I would like to Thank everyone who prayed and helped with me and bryant and the kids. This has been the hardest yet but I know recovery is happening. MG has not won and it will not win. Couple tubes that's all you got MG you don't know me yet. Can't stop me. Can't stop me. Special thank you and love to Kathy Feaster Pektor for the ongoing prayer and my mother's Chicky Cop and Marlene Ward for the hours of dealing with my children who I know can make you wanna take your ears off literally and the love and comfort hours in the hospital. My brother Austin Davis for making my inner kitten appear even whilst under sedation and your unbelievable caring heart my monkey dawn and Derrick Fambro who came to see me and had me laughing during the pain.. oh p.s. Dawn Bryant Ward and my brother ate all the buckeyes. Oh and i still want my cookies ...And I know many that were far away and worried constantly getting updates from Bryant Ward.
*****Also, I know my mom had a huge part in getting in all the prayer she could on the IAP website and although I do not know any of you, my mom has nothing but great things to say about the members. She told me that a lot of you were praying for me and named me in your prayer groups. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart! *****
Thank you all. Really can't say enough on the outpouring of love that was received. I would also send out into the universe a thank you to all the staff of many ICU doctors and nurses at orlando medical and south lake hospitals who gave wonderful care to me. I know none of them will see this but doesn't seem right not thanking them as well. Last but not least my husband Who literally saved my life when he didn't listen to me and called 911. Nothing can ever come close to you my love, my air, my entire reason for being. I love you beyond measure. Thank you for every second of dedicated stress sleepless nights and hard work thank you for being the rock when the road turned to lava. I'm sorry for the last week and we will just keep pushing on. The only way to get through it, is to get through it babe.
