The remains of Navy pilot Captain Scott Speicher returned home today to Jacksonville, Fl. after being shot down on the first night of the first Gulf War in 1991.

I watched with great sadness the procession through Jacksonville. I hope him and his family feel the love and respect of those of us in the country who feel this way about his service. The Jacksonville community should be commended for supporting his family.
