Very nice!! Very unique, too. Haven't seen resins and the like being used in segmented blanks like this before. What is your facebook page?

I wish you would post more on IAP... a different audience! Just a poke, some (like me) are not fans of Facebook, so seeing your artistry here is very appreciated. Your work is superb and I am a fan. I do view Facebook occasionally (1-2x/month), but will not post there. I view a local community forum for my hometown, then also see some woodworking posts, including yours. Be well, hope to see you more often!

Thanks Mark. I'll try to be more active here. Just starting to do more segmenting again since the resin blank sales have slowed a bit I have more time.

It would be great if you could post more info here as well, especially how to buy? I didn't realize you had to log in these days to do anything on Facebook. I "unplugged" from most social media, but especially Facebook for their intrusive practices and unapproved experimentation on their users, a long time ago... I think its been since about 2014 since I last used it.

I have some forums on FB but I don't go ape over it. Several years ago, I was told to sign up. First post was a friend's wife: "I'm going to the grocery store." Who cares?
Edit: Those are fantastic blanks! Look forward to seeing more.

I agree. There are many folks that will not go to Facebook for their options, me included. No offense, but I rely on IAP for my penturning/woodturning/ blank making/turning purchases. I am not a Facebook fan...

The biggest problem with FB is you can not follow any threads because it is so random and unless you bookmark then you have to search. Not a great platform to discuss hobbies. That is a social media platform. A site like this is where we get to enjoy and talk about our passions. This is where it is happening.

I'm not familiar with navigating the IAP site yet. If it's ok to offer blanks for sale here I'm definitely will to do that. I didn't want to be the new guy blowing up the threads with stuff for sale unless it's ok.

Take your time and scan the site and you will like what we offer here. As far as selling look under IAP Marketplace and read those rules and there is a forum for sales if a one time thing and also if you want to establish a vendors forum for your business read that also. If you have any questions send Jeff the owner of the site a PM and he will be able to answer all your questions

I trying. Navigation is totally different than I'm used to. Having a hard time finding the rules, although I did find the marketplace forums.

We have a website, www.cocoonblanks.net. Most of our new blanks sell via our fb page. If the don't sell during our regular drops, we get them posted to our website. We do take custom orders and remake requests for our more popular resin blanks and our segmented blanks. We'd be happy to make something for you if we don't have it on hand. I just read the marketplace vendor rules and we'll be requesting a vendor thread soon. Thanks for the interest.

Here's a starting point for selling specific items :-

and here are the "General Rules" for selling :-

For "Store Type" ongoing sales consult with Jeff about selling on a larger scale here :

Hi Jim I love those blanks! They're quite inspirational. Alas I live the wrong side of the pond otherwise I'd be snapping some of those beauties up! Alex
Btw another non-facebooker here.
