Well I had some energy and some good vibes rolling in the shop so I really got a few turns in. I am so excited about how my first cast blanks are turning out!!! Now if I only had 100 hrs with no need for sleep and all shop time wow my ideas!!!! Oh yes and I know they are the greatest turns but at the same time I am practicing and "ONLY used a SKEW". I am learning! I am truly in need of help with this addiction!!!!!

Great looking batch of pens, Karin. Now you need to start making the real bullet nibs for the cartridge pens. The addiction will only get deeper, lol.

the addiction will only get worse..as far as I can tell, there are no 12 step programs for it..you are on your own!

Nicely done! Wish my casting attempt came out that good.:frown: Love that blue one on the left.

LOL You are on a roll.. and your excitement is contagious. Those looks great.
What is in the copper Sierra?

After seeing your others, I had to stop at the craft store on the way home and
pour something .. anything. Tried out some glitter combinations.. I'll see how
they look turned later on today. MilkyWay001.jpg

Also picked up some ribbons to roll around the tubes.. I'll see how those work
too. JoAnn's was getting rid of rolls of ribbon for $1.. some unusual designs,
small ribbons meant for decorating cards. Perfect for pens..

You're going to get me hooked all over again.
