Here are some more pens heading out today from a smaller order.

Ironwood and crushed turquoise southwest pens with metal inlays (my brother did those), Deer antler/ironwood designers (customer request), cholla, buffalo horn, and deer antler.

Wonderful !!!

The Southwest Mesas .... are those lariat patterns ? .... perhaps using existing cracks in the wood ? .... I think they are really neat !! .... Congrats on a fine idea !!

Thanks Mal. No, they are not lariat patterns but that's not a bad idea! Sometimes we use existing cracks and sometimes we have to make the "cracks".

Chris originally wrote "wife-eyed" which I thought was funny so questioned it and suggested that he meant to type "wide-eyed". He replied almost immediately as above and edited his first post.
So then I edited my own post to what it now is almost immediately after that.

So as things now stand they are not what they once were ... no wonder you couldn't figure it out !! LOL
 
I meant I couldn't figure out what his original post meant until he edited it. Thanks for the explanation though! LOL! :bananen_smilies035:
