A few Jr Gents

Made a few Jr Gents this afternoon. Many thanks to turbowagon for his tutorial in making the custom finials for these pens.
First is an acrylic from Rockler called" Red, Black and Silver"

Next is an acrylic called "Lava" also from Rockler

Last up, one in cocobolo

Very nice work. The acrylics are really interesting. The custom finials are a nice touch. Well done, especially the finial of the second pen, it looks like it was part of the kit!

All beautiful pens. My favorite is the lava. The finial really goes well with the pen. Great work !!

Looking good! I like the lava finial the best... seamless transition to the cap hardware.

I'm curious myself about thin finials in acrylic. Did you paint the back of the lava finial? If not, can you see through it, and is it detrimental to the appearance?
