I thought this was a particularly nice blank from woodpenpro.com, Mother of Pearl/Abalone. It was a 9" blank so there was plenty for both pens. Sadly, the small piece I had left for the finial on the Jr. didn't work out.
Anyway, here's a Diamond Knurl RB in chrome and gunmetal and a Sierra Elegant Beauty in Platinum and black titanium. The blanks were painted white inside, turned between centers with calipers, coated with a few layers of GluBoost for a little extra depth and shine (alumilite seems to dull faster than other materials). Polished with zona paper grits, then buffed with white diamond.
