I snagged a really nice Pelikan m800 nib off eBay a while back for a steal, so I finally got around to making a pen around it. I chose to use vintage cellulose acetate for the body and cap finial, and black acrylic for the cap. Clip was handmade, and cap bands were swaged on. It is a piston filling mechanism, and holds a generous amount of ink.
I really love the proportions on this. While it is a larger girth pen, the length is very manageable, and it easily fits in a shirt pocket.

I am shamelessly keeping this

Love seeing your work.

Thanks Mark! This one ended up being a culmination of a lot of the skills and techniques I've learned.
