Does that mean that it can supposedly safely go to 80 as opposed to the harbor freight that's 40-60 with 80 max pressure?

That's what I use, and I go to 65 to 70m on all my alumilite casts.

Remember, be safe higher pressure if not needed is a risk one should not take. A tank is an accident waiting to happen in the hands of a novice.
