8 Sided Knot-Finished Pen

I'm really liking how this turned out. To my eye , the knots shape is flawless. Wood is spalted Jatoba and the knot is blue and white vulcanized fiber paper. Comments and critiques always welcome.

Ken, your knotwork is perfect and I like the composition of it.
My only comment would be that I would have preferred a plain background eg Maple which would show your artwork off a lot better.
Just my own preference, but congratulations on a superb pen.
