7x14 Harbor Freight metal lathe

I have a used metal lathe for sale. Comes with a 3 jaw chuck and a 4 jaw. Also has a quick change tool post with holders and some tooling. Works good but I haven't used it in at least 6 months so obviously I don't need it right? I do not have any change gears for it. Asking $400 plus shipping. Feel free to make me a reasonable offer.
