turned round then on an ornamintal mill took some time to get it set up but was fun turnung made 3 slimlines too

I like this one as well. I remember seeing a discussion about making a little jig to hold the mandrel with a home built indexing wheel on one end that you could customze to the number of side you wanted. Then you ran the thing across a router table, re-indexed and repeated until all sides were cut......

Nice job. Been looking at an ornamental mill myself. Just havnt forked over the cash. I would look at hand wiping poly or sraying poly or laquer on it.
