$500 - What would you get?

Hi,

I have managed to save up several gift cards over the year for a total of $500 for my favorite Tool Shop. What would you get? part of me has alway wanted that $600 mini metal lathe, but I am not sure I would really get much use out of it?

I'm not sure if it would cover it, but I would certainly look at a nice small metal lathe! Over the years I have found so many times I could have used one!

Aren't we all going to get about that amount of money in the form of a 'stimulus' check? In fairness, we should buy a Chinese made machine of any kind to show appreciation to China for lending our Government the money in the first place. []
