I've label casted these blanks for the PSI 50 Caliber Flip pen which is in the picture. These blanks are available as is or I can custom place a name/rank on them. These can be casted for many pen types, I just thought it to be appropriate for the 50 Cal pen. Blanks are $13 each + shipping in the U.S., 5 or more ship free. Custom labels will be $15/each.
