50 Caliber Click Pen

Used the Clicker Assembly From a Gold Longwood Click Ballpoint Pen Kit.
Brass casing and copper/aluminum projectile cleaned with liquid Brasso, polished with FLITZ and applied 4 coats of lacquer.
Pull the projectile out of the casing neck to access the refill.

Awesome Pen! I like it! I can recall one time where I hated 50 cal brass, when we had to use our steel pots and police all the ammo that we had shot up on the firing range at FT Hood! ! Ah..The good 'ol days!

Thanks Andy,

I don't clear coat as I found it discolors the brass and copper.
I apply 4 coats of lacquer using the "Dipping" method and the brass and copper keep their original color.
Works great for me.

Nice pen. I also use A-Max 750s in my .50 cal pens. I think the aluminum tip makes the look. They are a beast to drill, however.

I'm considering making a few using the 705gr Harlow bullets for a kinda monochromatic look.
