40 for the USS Billings

I was asked to make these pens for the "Friends of the USS Billings" to be used for a fundraiser. I thought they might want 10 but was surprised that they wanted 40. These are Vertex Bolt Action pens from PSI done in Gunmetal. The blanks were done by Mike (@Lathemaster) and he did a beautiful job on these. Thanks for looking.

USS Billings is a Freedom-class littoral combat ship of the United States Navy...She is the first ship in naval service named after Billings, Montana.

4 days
Day 1- trim, square and turned 7
Day 2- turned 11
Day 3- turned 14
Day 4- turned 8.

I started in my shop at 8am, took a 15 minute break to take my blood sugar at 11am then took a 1 hour lunch break. I stopped turning at 3 except for day 3 which ended at 4. Just kept my head down and kept the distractions to a minimum.
