Insert a narrow (not too short) phillips screw driver until you feel it index the screw head. Hold the lever in place and tighten the screw.

Never hurts to reconfirm. I enjoy the (bullet)bolts. There are a lot of nice pens around but bullet bolt has to be the most interesting.
