Here is my 2nd bowl also mulberry but crotch wood (I could not get more pictures added to the first posting so had to open a new one). The horizontal lines are not scratches but cracks is the wood. C & C welcome

Another great looking bowl... I do know about the cracks in Mulberry and in lots of my other woods too... thank goodness for CA... I think half my bowls are held together with glue.

I rarely worry about a few cracks in the wood, if I have enough CA I can turn about anything... One day I may try to turn a CA bowl with wood highlights....:biggrin::biggrin:
