I got some today and used it .It turned out i was going to fast putting it on the barrel's.So i slowed down with the application and it worked beautiful.
Right or wrong it worked real well,Im satisfied with the new ca 2500s.

I had to sand down twice to figure this out .

Is there a better way to apply 2500s glue?

I had the lathe running at 1200 rpm also.Is there a secret rpm number to apply the 2500s glue?

Nexabond 2500s Wood Adhesive ,Quick Dry Thin. The thin is actually thicker then regular crazy glue.Almost like real light syrup is the best i can explain the consistency.
Shine's like crazy with Accelerator.Mirror surface .
Haven't tried on Acrylic or Stabilized Wood yet, Just Straight up Timber.

OK, this is more like a gel CA since the viscosity is listed at 3500 CPS. Thin CA is usually 5-50 CPS, medium CA is 100-500CPS and thick is 500-1500.
Usually, the thicker the CA (higher CPS number), the longer the cure time with out accelerator.
